With my personal trainer program, I can help you lose weight and gain the muscle mass that you need to help with building strong bones. With my personal training program you will gain the benefit of developing that range of motion and flexibility that you need to enjoy the functionality for daily living. But remember it's going to be a fun way to live a happy life style as you age gracefully.

GROUP TRAINING
Group exercise is designed by using your own body weights or bodyweights to increase muscle mass. A chair is used for seated and standing support and class modifications. Even though my workouts are taught in groups, my goal is to tailor all movements and functional exercises to match your fitness goals and your current fitness level. Again, gaining that life style you desire as you age Gracefully!
